Permanent Makeup Eyelid & Scalp Pigment Black #304
The most saturated among black pigments on the market.
Based on technical carbon with milling < 100 nm.
Temperature: cold.
Deep black. Independent color.
Recommended for:
• Eyeliner and lash line enhancement
• Scalp (trichopigmentation)
Features:
• Very opaque, applies easily
• Does not migrate under the skin
• Easily removed from skin with a cotton pad
• Shallow application delivers deep black without bluish hue
• Removes without complications
