Permanent Makeup Gel for Removers #607

Article: NE607

Classic secondary cooling gel without adrenaline.

Specifically formulated for use with removers.

The first stage of inflammation that occurs after remover exposure involves the microcirculatory system, where vascular tone and permeability play a key role.

When using the CLASSIC secondary cooling gel, vascular spasm does not occur, ensuring a normal immune response to the action of acids on skin tissues.

Why do we not recommend using secondary cooling gels for removers during a permanent makeup procedure?

The secondary cooling gels for removers — CLASSIC and GENTLE — do not contain adrenaline or its analogues.

This means that while they provide a strong anesthetic effect, they do not cause the usual vascular spasm and skin blanching that often occur when using adrenaline-based anesthetics. As a result, the secretion of serous fluid continues.

For remover use, this is an undeniable advantage.

However, during permanent makeup procedures, it may complicate the process. That’s why the labels on gels #607 and #608 include the note: “Not for use during tattooing.”

Still, if your client reacts too strongly to anesthesia gels #611 or #612 (for example, the skin of the lips or brows turns very pale or stiffens), and if your working technique excludes serous fluid release, it is acceptable to combine gels #611 and #607 (articaine-based) or #612 and #608 (tetracaine-based), especially during the second pass.
